Emeltra is committed to delivering high-quality gaming coaching, consulting, and advisory services. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the stage of delivery.

3. Coaching Sessions

3.1 Individual Coaching (Single Session)

  • Refund requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be refundable.

  • If Emeltra cancels a session, the client may choose either:

    • A full refund, or

    • Rescheduling at no additional cost.

3.2 Coaching Packages (Multi-Session Plans)

  • Refunds may be issued for unused sessions only.

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds are calculated proportionally based on services already delivered.


4. Subscription-Based Services

  • Account restriction

  • Legal review of the dispute

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly for resolution before involving financial institutions.


9. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Technical errors on our side

  • Billing mistakes
